2. Who may use RentPapers

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using RentPapers on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Tenant data and sharing

Tenants control what they upload and share. Landlords must use shared information only for lawful screening or rental decisions and must comply with applicable fair housing and privacy laws.

You agree not to misuse RentPapers, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading harmful content, or using the service to discriminate or harass others.

6. Subscription and fees

RentPapers may offer paid plans or paid add-ons. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

7. Intellectual property

RentPapers and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by RentPapers or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a violation of these terms, fraud, or risk to other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

RentPapers is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not provide legal advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RentPapers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
